The Glass Gateways Boost in a Box Initiative
Free Fundraising Inventory for DECA Chapters
Last month, we launched our Chapter Boost initiative, and we are currently working with teams to help seed their fundraising projects. Now we’re offering a way to help chapters that may not have a clear plan to get started.
Go For Glass is partnering with Competition University to provide free fundraising inventory to qualifying DECA chapters. There is no upfront cost or reimbursement required. Go For Glass pays for the inventory, it ships directly to your school, and your chapter keeps all sales proceeds.
Competition University, which offers a wide range of affordable DECA study resources and has partnered with Go For Glass on previous initiatives, is helping make this possible through special terms on its Custom Resources fundraising program. Thanks to their contribution, we can provide chapters with 10% more inventory!
We will be choosing one of these two options based on chapter preferences:
Candy bars - https://www.customresourcesfundraising.com/1-dollar-chocolate-bar-fundraiser/
Pretzels - https://www.customresourcesfundraising.com/chocolate-pretzel-fundraiser/
Due to minimum order requirements, we need at least four qualifying chapters to participate. If we receive a large number of applications, we may limit participation to six chapters to ensure each receives a meaningful amount of inventory. Depending on level of need, we may increase the size of our order.
Our goal is to give chapters an initial boost toward sustainable fundraising. Using the revenue from this program, you can purchase additional inventory from Custom Resources or invest in other fundraising ideas.
Custom Resources also offers a number of fundraising options that do not require an initial investment. The fundraisers for Little Caesar’s, popcorn and trash bags are some of their most popular options, but they will work with your chapter to help determine your needs. You can see their wide range of options on their website https://www.customresourcesfundraising.com/.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications from Washington State or any international associations.📆Applications Due Friday, October 30th

We'll select participating chapters after the application window closes.
Before placing the order with Custom Resources, we'll confirm that each chapter has school approval. The merchandise will then be shipped directly to your school. -
Chapters are responsible for school approval, facilities requests, student coordination, and money handling through school-approved processes. Advisors need to sign off on logistics and financial oversight, but students should expect to lead most of the work.
